METAL BADGE
EMBROIDERY BADGE

Using the most advanced "Tajima" multi-head machines, these high quality badges can achieve exquisite design details. Usually locked and cut into popular shapes, such as circles and rectangles, they can also be laser-cut into almost any shape.
Each badge can come in up to seven thread colors and is stitched as a standard to cotton twill back lining (although other materials are available) with polyester threads.
Fixed options range from plain backing (standard) to hot seal/ironing, self-adhesive or even Velcro.  
The badges are fully machine washable and fast in colour, ensuring they do not fade. For standard seam or laser cutting, our minimum order quantity for embroidered badges is only 25 and 100 for full color.
